# Is your firm in our directory? Make the listing yours.

Answer a few questions about your practice. We’ll call you to confirm you work there, then verify your listing – or correct or remove it if you prefer.

- Verified firms show a badge, phone number and website
- Verified firms appear above unverified ones in your area
- Joining the lead panel is optional – a listing is free

## Why we call you back

Anyone can fill in a form. A short call to a number we find ourselves is how we make sure only the real firm controls its listing.

### What happens after I send the form?

We email you a copy straight away. Within 3 working days we phone the number on your firm’s website or Companies House record – not the number in the form – and ask for you by name. Once confirmed, we update your listing.

### What do you check before adding the Verified badge?

That you work at the firm, that your professional body membership is current on its public register, and who supervises the firm for anti-money-laundering.

### Does a listing cost anything?

No. Claiming, correcting and removing listings is free. Paying for MTD client introductions is separate and optional – see [panel and pricing](https://mtdmatch.uk/accountants.html).

### Where did you get our details?

From Companies House’s free public company data: the company name, number, registered office town and business type (SIC code). We don’t show your address, directors or phone number unless you add them.

### We want our listing removed.

Choose “Remove our listing” in the first step. After we’ve confirmed the request with your firm, the listing disappears at the next directory update and won’t come back from future Companies House data.
